Silly Wee Films is a distinct video production and film-making company based in Glasgow. It was formed in 2005 by Fraser Coull to lay the foundations to promote his continuing web television series Night is Day.

Since then it has progressed into a successful production company, looking after and managing corporate and promotional videos for various high-end companies.
Fraser still runs the company along with fellow producer/director Matthew Stephens, who he met through filming the second series of Night is Day in 2008.

Fraser graduated from James Watt College in 2004 with a qualification in Television Operations and Productions.

From the experiences he gained he has progressed his writing, directing and producing skills on both personal and corporate projects. Fraser also successfully trained at the BBC in Glasgow, studying the E-Force training course.

Matthew was educated in Film and Television at the World Renowned Bournemouth Media School, obtaining a BA (hons) and an MA in the subject.

He has used his skills to go on to work on many independent productions in the UK, "The Inheritance" being one of his proudest credits as it won 'Best Feature at the British Independent Film & TV Awards and been nominated for other prestigious awards.

Silly Wee Films is also proud to collaborate with composers Steve Dunster and Lewis Grey, as well as sound engineer Jack Ashley, special effects animators Michael Clark and Andrew Caldwell and finally makeup artist, Suzanne Maxwell.
